This is a gentle dog leg right that has some length to it. For the best angle into the green you must stay left on the tee shot. But beware of the creek that roams the entire left side of the hole. |
 |

This is a hole you can let the big dog eat. Generous landing area off of the tee.
The creek runs the right side of the hole, but it really doesn't come into play.
The green though is what makes the hole. Half of it is hidden from view from the
fairway. |
 |

A straight forward par three that is LONG! 224 yards, and when the pin is on the
right side of the green two bunkers come into play. Par is a good score. |
|

A blind tee shot to a straight away hole. OB right and mounding to the left
makes for a challenging shot into the green. Toughest pin placement on the green is
left. The ball has a chance of rolling off a deceptive slope. |
 |

This par 5 is reachable with a good drive from the tee. Many bunkers guard the
lay-up area and three fourths of the green. Area around the green narrows, so a
wayward second shot that goes for the green can be costly. Good birdie opportunity. |
 |

This is the best opportunity for a birdie on the course. A short par five with
the creek running the entire left side of the hole. Mounding on both sides of the
fairway make for a tricky drive from the tee. |
 |

A very tricky par 3 on the course. This is probably the hardest green to
hit from the tee. Trees right and left make for difficult club selection to a
narrow but long green. Make par and get to the next tee! |
 |

A drivable par 4 for the long hitters. Really a straight forward hole that turns to
the right. The green is what gives this hole its difficulty. There can be some nasty
pins set at this green. |
 |

This isn't a really long par 4, but you better avoid the trees all down the left.
This gentle dog leg left demands a good drive and then precise iron underneath
the hole to give yourself a chance at par. |
 |

This is a great par 5. First you must negotiate the chute of trees off the tee and
then face a double dog leg to the right and then the left. Once you are around
the green, it's pretty straight forward. |
 |

This par 4 is a good short hole. Birdie can be made here with a good drive and then
a precise wedge shot. Very good birdie opportunity for a par 4. |
 |

This par 4 is part of the original 9 holes built. It is a great hole. Driver is
sometimes not the play from the tee because of a burm that divides the fairway about
150 yards out. The green sits back in a grove of trees and it is difficult to select
the right club because of the swirling winds. |
 |

A good drive favoring the left side of the fairway gives you the best angle into the
green. A drive down the right side shortens the hole and gives you a good chance at
birdie. Watch out for the rocks and fairway bunkers, plus the greenside bunkers.
Last good birdie opporutnity on the course. |
 |

Better tighten that hat or cinch up that belt because you're in for some golf from
here on in! A mammoth par 3 with two deep bunkers front left. Best play is to put
the ball in the middle of the green and make par, then sneak off smiling knowing that
you gained a shot on the course. |
 |

This is one of the better holes in Southwest Nebraska. A dog leg right par 4 that
some big hitters will try to go at. Best play is a long iron straight ahead to the
most level part of the fairway, then a mid to long iron over a canyon to an elevated
green. A 4 is a great score.
|
|

The shortest par 3 on the course. With an elevated look to an hourglass green, your
club choices might vary from 9 iron to 5 iron. If the wind is out of the south then
it really gets fun! |
 |

This is a great par 5! There are two fairways, one to the right and one to the
left. The left fairway shortens the hole to give you a chance at getting home in
two, but it's very narrow and OB lurks left. The right fairway is a little longer,
but is very generous in landing area. As you get closer to the green more and more
bunkers appear for added obstacles. |
 |

Some say that this is the best par 4 in the state of Nebraska, bar none! At 467 yards
with the creek all the way down the left side and cutting out in front of the green about 110
yards out, you must hit the ball about 260-270 yards to have any kind of look at the
green. Watch out if you hit it too far down the fairway, you can be blocked out by the trees to
the right of the green. A two tiered green with trees right and creek left, the only place
you have to bail is short or long. If you need a birdie to win a tournament coming into this
hole? GOOD LUCK!! |
