Cross Creek Not Impossible, Simply Challenging

March Newsletter 2008

Are you ready to golf?  The course is open and ready for you to get the dust off those clubs and come enjoy a round.  We are excited for this new season and are getting everything organized to have some fun events for you to participate in this year.

If you have not paid your membership dues yet, please do so soon.  If you need another application, just let me know and I will email or mail it to you.  Also, don’t forget to invite your friends to come down and join.  We have such a great golf course to show off.

Is your swing ready for this year? Why not check out our successful teaching program that caters to all levels of ability. If you want one lesson or 50 lessons, we can arrange it!  I am very excited for the lesson program this year because I will be using a state of the art video analyzing system at no extra cost. The advantage of using this equipment will narrow the gap of the learning process. This will allow you to see your swing and understand the immediate changes one needs to make. The junior program has been moved back into the month of July so it doesn’t interfere with other programs for your kids. Finally, ladies don’t for get about the free beginner clinics in April. This year no matter what the weather we will get those clinics in.

UPCOMING EVENTS:

March 29th – The 2ND ANNUAL HUSKER FREEZE:  This is a two person scramble that we will have  no matter what the weather brings that day!  Come out and enjoy it.  The cost is $45 per person and includes the round, cart, lunch, and prizes.  It will be a 11:00 shotgun, 18 hole event.

April 8th - CROSS CREEK ANNUAL MEETING  8pm in the clubhouse.  We invite all members to come and give input on the golf course and see what goals we have set.  There are two board of director’s positions open for election.  If you are interested in running please talk to Sean or a board member.
